There are two different ways to get started with your order.

First, you will need to choose either a:

• Custom Head-to-Toe Bobblehead or a
• Custom Bobblehead with a Stock Body.

There's a good chance we've included the body you're looking for in one of our collections so take a look there first or use the search bar to enter some keywords.

Next, once you've selected the body you'll begin to CUSTOMIZE it. We need at least one good headshot that our artists will base the bobblehead on but you can include additional photos to point out anything specific that you want to highlight.

After uploading your images, there will be a few other specific customization options based on the bobblehead you chose and also the opportunity to include Add-ons, like glasses, hats, jewelry, tattoos, etc.

Last thing to select is the production timeline that works best for your needs. Then add the bobblehead to you cart, review the order details, and submit your order!

After clicking on the bobblehead you'd like and before you make all of your customizations, make sure you have at least one good headshot ready to submit with your order.

Minimum image requirements 250x250 pixels but ideally 1000x1000 pixels.

We'll use the main headshot to create the facial expression, hair-style, etc for your bobblehead. If you submit additional photos we will reference them as well but only the primary headshot will be used to model the facial expression.

Click on 'Upload Your Images' and you can either 'Choose File' or drag from a folder and 'drop the file to upload'.

You'll also be able to upload images of tattoos and accessories you want to include if they aren't included in the primary photo.

Proofing is a crucial step in ensuring your bobblehead is made to your liking. During the Proofing Process, assess the clay's shape and form. Approve if it looks great, deny with specific feedback if adjustments are needed. Revised proofs are provided in 3-5 days. After Clay Proofs approval, the bobblehead moves to the Paint stage, with the art team hand-painting it based on your selected colors. Paint Proofs are the final stage for feedback on cosmetic changes only. Approve or deny with detailed comments for the last chance to make adjustments before your bobblehead is completed.

Once you've customized your bobblehead and added it to your cart, click 'Checkout'. Directly above the subtotal there will be a text box for you to enter your promo code in that says "Discount Code". Your discount will be applied after hitting 'Apply'.

While customizing your bobblehead you will see a checkbox to 'Add a Duplicate'. Click the box and you can choose from the dropdown menu how many duplicates you would like.

Our system allows for the use of only one coupon code per order. If you have multiple coupon codes, we recommend choosing the one that provides the best discount for your specific order. You can always save the unused coupon code for future orders.

While the discount may no longer be valid, the coupon is still worth the original amount you paid for it. Refund Policy:
At AllBobbleheads, we do not accept returns for custom bobbleheads. The reason behind this policy is that our custom bobbleheads are created specifically for each customer and hold no value to anyone else. To ensure complete satisfaction, we have a thorough approval process in place.

Approval Process:
During the creation of your custom bobblehead, we have a two-step approval process to ensure you are fully involved and satisfied with the final product. We provide you with opportunities to review and approve the design at two key stages:

1. Initial Design Approval: Once we receive your order, our talented artists create an initial design based on the reference images and specifications you provided. We send you a detailed image or mock-up of the design for your approval. This allows you to review and make any necessary adjustments or changes before we proceed with the production.
2. Final Design Approval: After incorporating any requested changes from the initial design approval, we create the final version of your custom bobblehead. Again, we provide you with images or mock-ups of the final product for your review and approval. This ensures that the custom bobblehead accurately represents your desired likeness and meets your expectations.

By involving you in the approval process twice, we strive to eliminate any surprises and make sure you are completely satisfied with the results before the production begins.
